Last updated: 21st August 2025

Welcome to iTOM (Inventory Turbo Order Manager) – a multi-channel listing and inventory management tool designed to simplify and streamline the way you sell online.
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that govern your use of iTOM. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

  1. About iTOM
iTOM is a cloud-based platform that enables sellers to create, manage, and synchronise product listings across multiple marketplaces. It is designed to save time, reduce admin, and give sellers more control over their operations.
  2. Who Can Use iTOM?
iTOM is intended for use by individuals and businesses aged 18 and over. You may use iTOM for lawful selling activity in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Your Responsibilities as a User
By using iTOM, you agree to:
    • Ensure that all information and listings you submit are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with the terms of any third-party marketplaces you use (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Shopify, eBUYgumm, etc.).
    • Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
    • Use the platform in a manner that does not abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass our systems.
    • Refrain from uploading, distributing, or facilitating any content that is fraudulent, harmful, misleading, or otherwise violates applicable law or regulation.
You remain fully responsible for the content of your listings and any transactions resulting from them.
  4. Fair Usage & Special Conditions
We are committed to offering a fair and scalable service for all users. However, as the platform continues to grow and evolve, we reserve the right to manage usage that may place excessive strain on our systems or resources.
    Special Conditions (Pre-Launch Safeguards):
    • Users triggering unusually high volumes of listing pushes or sync requests
    • Automated or scripted activity generating excessive system calls or traffic
    • Behaviours that may result in disproportionate server costs or service degradation
If we detect any such behaviour, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend, restrict, or review the relevant account while we investigate and implement appropriate controls.
These safeguards are designed to protect the long-term sustainability of the platform and the experience for all users. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to build a robust and scalable solution.
  5. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)
iTOM is committed to protecting your privacy. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
